Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 60 days of your original purchase date. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method or perform an even exchange for a different size or color of the same style.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid USPS return shipping label, then securely package your items in the original mailer or a box of your choice.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized USPS location or schedule a pickup; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
